Key Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to full lifecycle implementations
- Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, assess current processes, and design scalable solutions aligned with strategic, project, and agile portfolio management principles.
- Configure and customize portfolio and agile management platforms, including workflows, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
- Integrate implementation platforms with enterprise systems such as ERP solutions, data platforms, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
- Develop dashboards, reporting structures, and visualizations to support decision-making for stakeholders including portfolio managers, PMOs, product leaders, and executive sponsors.
- Collaborate with business, finance, TBM, and change management teams to promote adoption and embed best practices.
- Support testing activities, user acceptance testing, go-live coordination, and post-launch improvements.
- Provide ongoing support, optimization, and performance enhancements where required.
- Document configurations, integrations, and architectural decisions in a clear and structured manner.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably within consulting or advisory environments.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, agile methodologies, and lean program management practices.
- Hands-on experience configuring enterprise tools, preferably project or agile management tools.
- Experience integrating applications with third-party platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with solution architecture or enterprise design is a plus.
- Experience with one or more Strategic Portfolio Management or Enterprise Agile Planning tools such as Planview, Planisware, ServiceNow, Jira Align, Broadcom Clarity or Rally & Microsoft Project Online or Server.
- Familiarity with IBM Apptio suite is considered an advantage.
