Your assignments take place at medium-sized and large companies in Western Europe, where you take your own responsibility on the basis of independence and, if necessary, stand your ground between the employees of the client and towards the client itself. You will receive the support of other experienced people within It\u2019s Value who will help and coach you to complete your assignments.<\/p>\n

You are enthusiastic and motivated to further shape your own career. You are customer-oriented, you can focus well on the desired results and you are able to perform well both individually and in a team. You succeed partly because you have an excellent understanding of how to deal with politically sensitive situations.<\/p>\n

Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We expect the following activities in the field of TBM from you:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Developing IT Services on a component basis, developing budgeting, cost price and charging models and other content at the interface of IT and Finance;<\/li>\n
  • Redesign and implementation of IT-financial processes based on TBM;<\/li>\n
  • Perform analysis and transformation on a customer\u2019s data sources;<\/li>\n
  • Implementing and supporting TBM tooling such as Apptio and Power BI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Interface with customers to discover their TBM business challenges;<\/li>\n
    • Perform quantitative and observational data analysis;<\/li>\n
    • Implementing, managing and expanding functionality in TBM software;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Strong analytical and quantitative skills;<\/li>\n
      • Demonstrable good proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI;<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of database structures and SQL queries<\/li>\n
      • Strong presentation and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Job requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        For a TBM Consultant:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Educated at a minimum HBO level;<\/li>\n
        • A completed financial, economic, business or computer science education;<\/li>\n
        • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;<\/li>\n
        • Experience with large and complex environments in industries such as Financial Services, Government (central and local) and Business Services;<\/li>\n
        • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the field of IT Financial Management, including defining IT Services, and with processes such as budgeting, costing, charging and IT reporting KPIs. In addition, knowledge of management processes and tools;<\/li>\n
