Your assignments take place at medium-sized and large companies in Western Europe, where you take your own responsibility on the basis of independence and, if necessary, stand your ground between the employees of the client and towards the client itself. You will receive the support of other experienced people within It\u2019s Value who will help and coach you to complete your assignments.<\/p>\n

You are enthusiastic and motivated to further shape your own career. You are customer-oriented, you can focus well on the desired results and you are able to perform well both individually and in a team. You succeed partly because you have an excellent understanding of how to deal with politically sensitive situations.<\/p>\n

Activities and responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We expect the following activities at the intersection of Business and IT, with Technology Business Management (TBM) as the main theme from you:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Performing analyses on a customer\u2019s IT-Finance environment, advising on improvement opportunities;<\/li>\n
  • Drawing up and independently implementing project plans in the field of TBM services;<\/li>\n
  • Preparing and conducting customer workshops;<\/li>\n
  • Giving presentations to a client\u2019s senior management;<\/li>\n
  • Data analysis and solution design;<\/li>\n
  • Substantive support of the sales process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In this position you will be responsible for providing insights to clients. To do so, you will first meet with our clients to uncover their business needs and challenges. Then, you will use your strong analytical skills to perform quantitative and observational data analyses. From these analyses, you will form and present your recommendations to our clients.<\/p>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    • Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills;<\/li>\n
    • Strong presentation and communication skills;<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrable skills in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Job requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      For a (Senior) Business Consultant:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Educated at HBO or university level or equivalent;<\/li>\n
      • A completed financial, economic, business or computer science education;<\/li>\n
      • Experience with large and complex environments in industries such as Financial Services, Government (central and local) and Business Services;<\/li>\n
      • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;<\/li>\n
      • Several years of project and\/or line management experience;<\/li>\n
      • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the field of IT Financial Management, including defining IT Services, and with processes such as budgeting, costing, charging and IT reporting KPIs. In addition, knowledge of management processes and tools;<\/li>\n
